In addition to online coaching I also offer individualized programs.
Each program is specifically tailored to your needs, preferences, goals, and experiences. I DO NOT write cookie cutter programs. Every program I write is different and met to fit the needs of each individual client. This is why I require a weeks time to design a program for you. Additionally, I also provide a free 1/2 hour consultation to better understand your individual needs and tailor an optimal program for you. I will always provide email support from clients who buy programs, however realize that online clients do take priority.
Not only will I provide a resistance program for you but also, a dynamic warm-up, a stretching routine, as well as a cardio regiment. This is the total package, the length of the program lasts as long as you specify. However, the minimum length program I will write is 8 weeks. In general however, programs will be 8-12 weeks in length, the body needs time to adapt and change any program shorter than this and quite frankly you are wasting your time.
